The prosecutor in Bari has called for the arrest of the Democratic Party Senator Alberto German, a former Department of Health of the Puglia Region. German is studied in some files relating to investigations of the health care management in Puglia.
German was regional minister for Health in the junta led by center-Nichi Vendola from May 2005 to February 6, 2009, when he resigned after it became aware of being investigated by the judiciary of Bari.
