Ibs And Undigested Food

tyranny

" Tyranny indiscriminately it ought to appeal any government in which those responsible for esecuzion laws, can do them, destroy them, break them, interpret them, prevent them, suspend them, or even just let them down, with confidence of impunity. And then, and this disrupts-law is hereditary, or is elective, usurper, or legitimate, good, or sad, one, or many, anyway, anyone who has an effective force, which is enough to do this, you tyrant, and every company, which admits it is tyranny, and every people, that endures, is a slave.
And, conversely, ought likewise reputed tyranny that government, in which those who are responsible for creating laws, he can perform. And here it is necessary to observe the laws, namely the mutual and solemn social pacts, must not be the simple product of the will of most, which one is to collect a legitimate elected by the people. If therefore the elect to reduce the willingness of most of the laws can do themselves to their talent, they become tyrants, because in them lies the only interpret them, undo them, changing, and nothing evil or execute them. What is the difference between tyranny and fair government, there shall be (as some foolishly, others maliciously claim) in being there or not the established laws, but being a set of impossible not to run. "
(Vittorio Alfieri, What is the tyranny, the tyranny in , Book Two, Chapter Two, 1777-1790).
